What a heat...! I wish I can be by the sea...
Before this heat started, I bought this personal cooler and so far it's my life saver! Only effective within around 30cm so this machine is not an A/C and is not for the entire room, but definitely works for your desk work by putting this near you.
Somehow,reviews are terribly bad but I'm using this everyday.

猛暑の始まる前に、「ここひえ」を買ってみました。今の所本当に役立っています。装置の周囲30センチしか冷やせないので、いわゆるお部屋用のクーラーではないのですが、デスクワークの際に近くにおいておくと本当に涼しさを感じます。
なぜか、レビューが最悪ですが、個人的には毎日使っていておすすめです！
